At Translate Alchemy, we prioritize your privacy and strive to collect no more than what is needed. This page details our policy.

Data Collection: We collect email addresses and translation count data in order to evaluate and monitor quota limitations. We do not collect or store any of the text content that we translate for you.

For paid users, our payment processor Stripe collects what they need for processing payments. Stripe's privacy policy can be found here. Translate Alchemy only stores your subscription end date on our servers; we do not store any other payment related details.

Data Protection: We follow industry standards on information security management to safeguard your information. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.

Data Retention: You have the right to request deletion of your data. To initiate the process, please reach out to contact@translatealchemy.com

Limited Use: We adhere to Google's API Services User Data Policy. We do not transfer or sell user data to third parties.
