Terms and Conditions: Thank you for selecting the Services offered by Translate Alchemy. Review these Terms of Service ("Agreement") throughly. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Translate Alchemy. By installing, the Translate Alchemy Workspace Add-On, or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to this agreement, then you may not use this website or the Add-On.

License to use: So long as you comply with these Terms, we give you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferrable, revocable license to use the Software, solely to access our translation services.

Intellectual Property: The service is owned and operated by Translate Alchemy. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, services, domain names, templates, and all other elements of the Service provided by Translate Alchemy are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All Materials included in the Service are the property of Translate Alchemy. Except as expressly authroized by Translate Alchemy, you may not make use of the Materials. There are no implied licenses in these Terms and Translate Alchemy reserves all rights to the Materials not granted expressly in these terms.

Copyright: We respect the intellectual property of others, and ask that you do also. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringment that comply with applicable law. If you believe any materials accessible on or from the Website or Add-On infringe your copyright you may request removal of those materials by submitting written notification (a "DCMA Notice") in accordance with the Online Copyright Infringment Liability Limitation Act of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act.

Termination: We may terminate these Terms, or suspend or terminate your Translate Alchemy account or your access to any Service, at any time for any reason. We will make reasonable steps to notify you of any termination. We may update these terms at any time without notifying you. By continuing to use the Add-On you agree to the current terms.

Governing Law: This Agreement will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to its choice of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the stae or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and the Parties expressly consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Third Party Services and Links to Other Websites: The Services may contain links to third party websites. The inclusion of any website link does not imply an approval, endorsement, or recommendation by Translate Alchemy. Such third party websites are not governed by these Terms. You access any such website at your own risk.

Lawful use only: As a condition of your use of Translate Alchemy website or Add-On, you will not use the website or Add-On for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any website, online service, or api endpoint connected to Translate Alchemy through hacking or any other means. You agree not to misuse any of our services or to help anyone else to do so.

Limit of Liability: In no event will Translate Alchemy be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to acess or use, the websites and online services or any materials or content on the websites and online services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, whether or not the Translate Alchemy entities have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
